- With the support of a more senior strategist, becoming a strong business developer to nurture the pipeline in order to achieve branch sales target
- Developing and leading relationships with some of the world’s most influential Food companies.
- Developing and delivering sustainability strategies for our key clients with the support of subject matter experts
- Helping to design the next generation of sustainability transformation offerings

- You’re motivated to put your consulting, expertise, strategy & client relationship development skills to work towards our mission of aligning businesses with Planetary Boundaries.
- You’re an experienced and motivated sustainability professional looking for a big opportunity to work with top sustainability leaders and experts. Previous experience in a consulting firm or corporate sustainability within a company will be considered as a big plus.
- You have experience or a strong interest in the Food industry.
- You have strong technical skills, and can organise workload, project streams and priorities to deliver in a timely manner.
- For 3+ years, you’ve been working in the consulting or corporate sustainability space.
- You have a good understanding of sustainability topics such as sustainable procurement/supply chain transformation, nature/biodiversity, environmental-related risk, transformation of scope 1 and 2.
- You have the capacity to listen to client needs to create and communicate creative and adapted solutions.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
AS A SUSTAINABILITY STRATEGIST, HERE’S A PREVIEW OF WHAT TYPE OF WORK YOUR DAYS WILL INCLUDE:
This role includes client project work, business development activities and learning & development opportunities.
Business development efforts:
- With the support of a senior strategist, co-lead the sales process, including scoping, pricing, proposal development and client meetings
- Develop and manage existing and new client relations across the sector
- Understanding and proactively addressing sustainability opportunities through the client lens of competitive advantage, risk & opportunities
- Supporting your clients in building the case for transformation and unlocking major budget for transformation development and execution
- Coordinate communications and marketing strategies and actions, including meeting prospects, writing proposals and presenting to potential clients
Manage and deliver client project work:
- Developing the client transformation sustainability strategy and reviewing the course of transformation with Quantis team and the client
- Ensuring and being accountable for the quality of deliverables of projects for the client
- Manage all aspects of client projects from project scoping to crafting solutions to developing high-standard, timely deliverables
- Identify and articulate project risks
- Build and nurture optimal and trustful client and industry relationships, with a good understanding of client organization and business goals

- Location: Lausanne or Zurich, Switzerland
- Start date: ASAP
- Regular collaboration with other Quantis branches (Lausanne, Zurich, Boston, Paris, Berlin and Milan) via web-conferences
