In this workshop dedicated to building business resilience in a context of climate & nature risks, we aim to bring together a small group of decision-makers from the food and beverage sector.
- Workshop: Adapt to Win. Building Climate-Resilient Food & Beverage Businesses
- When: Monday, 18 May | From 14:00 until 18:00
- Where: Quantis-BCG-Offices, Am Postbahnhof 15, 10243, Berlin
Why attend?
This small-group format encourages practical peer-to-peer exchanges, with a clear focus on business impact of climate and nature risks and adaptation strategies: supply continuity, operational performance, financial implications, strategic trade-offs, as well as concrete solutions to implement resilience strategies. It also offers the opportunity to discover and test a new, innovative workshop, with a maximum of two participants per company, ideally from complementary functions to enrich discussions (e.g., procurement, operations, finance, strategy, etc.).
The session will open with a conversation facilitated by Nicolas Loz, Climate and Nature Lead at Quantis Germany, and Carbon Maps to present the 2026 edition of the Annual Barometer on Climate Strategies in the Food Sector, a joint initiative providing a forward-looking perspective on how companies are addressing climate challenges across the food value chain.
The event is free of charge. After the workshop, there will be a cocktail and networking session at the BCG/Quantis offices.
As capacity is limited, please confirm your participation via the form below.
