As water-related risks intensify across ecosystems, supply chains and communities, businesses face growing pressure to act beyond compliance. Quantis will join World Water Week 2026 across four sessions, contributing perspectives on water stewardship, safer chemistry, and nature-based solutions for supply chain and landscape resilience.
Under the theme “Water for People and Progress,” World Water Week 2026 will explore how to build a more equitable and water-secure future while responding to the accelerating impacts of climate change. Discussions throughout the week will address resilience, water governance, climate adaptation, financing, equity and the role of business in supporting long-term water security within planetary boundaries.
Across our sessions, Quantis will address corporate water security and WASH investment as a driver of business resilience, food system resilience through green water management, safer chemistry’s link to measurable water quality and nature outcomes, and landscape and ecosystem restoration to strengthen climate resilience. Curated by WaterAid and the CEO Water Mandate, this stakeholder workshop for the Corporate WASH Roadmap platform brings together speakers from the food & beverage, pharmaceutical, and apparel sectors to define and navigate a stewardship approach to WASH. Sara Traubel will moderate the panel discussion. The Roadmap curates a WASH journey for companies with guidance, tools and case studies to support more companies taking action. Participants will user test and prioritize improvements to enhance accessibility and impact.

Moderated by Eawag, with contributions from Xylem, WATALUX and Quantis, this roundtable brings industry-driven innovation closer to academia-led research to ignite reflections on translating knowledge into water stewardship and impact. Sara Traubel will represent Quantis, drawing on our expertise in impact measurement and reporting.

Convened by Danone, Politecnico di Torino, and The Global Commission for the Economics of Water, this workshop will show how integrating green-water insights, regenerative agriculture and landscape restoration can deliver enhanced rainfed farming systems, and elevate it as a standalone business case to explore to make corporate supply chains more resilient. Alain Vidal will participate in the discussion, showcasing the recent study done with L’Oréal on “Green water as a strategic asset”.

Chemical pollution from supply chains threatens water quality worldwide. Quantis and ZDHC present how proactive chemical input management can dramatically reduce freshwater toxicity and nutrient pollution from the textile and leather industries. The session explores scalable solutions to protect ecosystems, strengthen water stewardship, and close critical data gaps. The session will include corporate speakers from the luxury, sportswear, and apparel sectors sharing their experience.

At World Water Week, this session, convened by the International Crops Research Institute for Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT), reframes water beyond infrastructure, highlighting how restoring degraded landscapes strengthens ecosystem services, enhances water security, and builds climate resilience in drylands. Through science-based, community-driven solutions, it showcases pathways to revive ecosystems, regenerate livelihoods, and rebuild lives sustainably at scale. Alain Vidal will participate in the discussion, bringing the private sector perspective.
