We’re pleased to welcome Minjon van der Weck as our Global Transformation Lead, a new role focusing on strengthening our capacity to guide organizations from business as usual to business at its best.
Before joining Quantis, Minjon was a Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she was a core member of the Climate & Sustainability practice. During her time at BCG, she advised clients across a variety of industries — including Food & Agriculture and Industrial Goods — on large-scale sustainability strategies and operating model transformations. Her recent work includes defining a sustainability strategy and target operating model for a multinational food ingredients conglomerate.
Minjon holds a BSc in International Business and an MSc in Finance & Investments from the Rotterdam School of Management. She also earned an MA in Strategy & International Management from the University of St. Gallen and completed an Executive MBA in Climate & Sustainability at the Cambridge Judge Business School.
At Quantis, Minjon will work closely with the Leadership Team to shape and implement our global transformation agenda. Minjon’s work will focus on internally strengthening Quantis’ capacity to drive sustainable business that operates within planetary boundaries.
