THE ROLE
In this role as Quantis Switzerland’s Talent & Operations Lead, you will be at the crossing point between support and business areas and in a unique position to drive the talent agenda and successful implementation to support each Quantisian in our mission of accelerating sustainable change.
This role reports to the Managing Director – Quantis Switzerland and has a team of 3 people.

- You’re motivated to put your extensive talent/HR skills to work towards our mission of aligning businesses with Planetary Boundaries.
- You’re an experienced, curious and motivated professional with 10+ years of combined experience in Human Resources and Operations/Staffing functions, which includes a track record in a growing consultancy/professional services company.
- Your peers would recommend you as a valued business partner.
- You have a proven track record of aligning talent strategies with organizational objectives. You excel in managing talent programs, ensuring their implementation in a fast-paced, international environment.
- You have led a diverse range of talent topics such as company culture, performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, diversity & inclusion, recruitment, compensation & benefits, and more.
- You have led Talent management initiatives and effort, attracting and retaining the best talents.
- You feel at ease working with different cultures, and with international teams.
- You can oversee performance management and the entire employee lifecycle to enhance productivity and development.
- You build trust easily and can handle confidential/sensitive information effectively.
- You’re able to maintain the balance between the business’ needs and employees’ expectations, by making both sides feel understood and valued.
- You have a solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Switzerland.
- You have excellent communication and engagement skills.
- You’re an active, empathetic listener and have a strong sense of service.
- You prefer working with a high level of autonomy and self-management.
- You have a degree in human resources, business or another relevant field.
- You have full professional fluency in English. French and/or German is highly desired.
AS THE TALENT & OPERATIONS LEAD, HERE’S A PREVIEW OF WHAT TYPE OF WORK YOUR DAYS WILL INCLUDE:
- Listen to and guide Quantisians with empathy, expertise and focus to build a smooth and supportive talent structure across Quantis Switzerland, in 2 offices (Lausanne and Zurich).
- Roll out Quantis’ talent strategy in collaboration with the Global Talent team members.
- Be a business partner to consulting Team Leads and Managing Director to identify talent & staffing needs and to collaborate on solutions to achieve objectives.
- Ensure efficient and healthy distribution of workload based on skills, competencies, aspirations, availability and work-life balance in line with business objectives, finding solutions for overloaded or underloaded consultants.
- Provide objective data and business-driven KPI on workload management, project staffing, project financial KPIs and trigger necessary improvement actions.
- Foster our Quantis culture with exciting employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop and implement meaningful and impact-based diversity, equality and inclusion projects.
- Lead talent best practices and policy development areas, such as an employee guide, an inclusive onboarding process, or fluid performance assessment processes, etc.
- Drive key Talent initiatives, including talent retention, talent acquisition strategy & planning, hiring manager enablement, performance management, onboarding supervision, learning and development, employee satisfaction & surveys.

- HR administration and data accuracy, office life, team events and more…
- Operations (staffing)
- Demonstrate business acumen, superior internal communication and stakeholder engagement skills in order to convey and promote talent news, programs and efforts that unlock business.
- Ensure legal and administrative compliance regarding HR and talent.
SOME OTHER DETAILS TO CONSIDER:
- Location: Lausanne (preferred) or Zurich
- Start date: As soon as possible (respecting notice periods)
- Regular collaboration with colleagues in the Talent team based in other Quantis offices (Berlin, Boston, Paris, Milan) via web-conferences, in English
- Ability to travel occasionally in Europe, for company/team meetings
